The Manager of Regulatory Affairs plays a pivotal role in supporting reputed company’s health plan business by ensuring regulatory compliance and spearheading our health plan’s day-to-day regulatory affairs activities. Reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs, this position plays a key role in preparing and managing regulatory reporting, submitting  regulatory filings, and tracking key regulatory and legislative changes that may reputed company our business. 

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Regulatory Filings: reputed company the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company federal and state laws. Facilitate the organization’s response to regulatory inquiries or actions.

• Support Compliance Initiatives: Assist in the design and enhancement of compliance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements. Support the compliance team in internal audits and reviews to identify compliance and regulatory risks and opportunities for improvement.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Policy, Law, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years in regulatory affairs or compliance reputed company the health insurance industry, with a proven reputed company record of managing reputed company regulatory issues.
• Proficiency in navigating regulatory databases, preparing and submitting filings, and interpreting state and federal health insurance regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a reputed company to work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, proactive in managing potential regulatory issues, and capable of influencing cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Graduate degree in health policy, law, business, or reputed company field.
