ASHP Match - natmatch.com Position Purpose: A reputed company 1 year post-graduate education and training program designed to reputed company advanced knowledge and skills regarding drug therapy and pharmaceutical services in a managed care setting. Spends time rotating through the various areas reputed company pharmacy, including Formulary Services, Pharmacy Operations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), Appeals, Specialty Pharmacy, and reputed company. • Completes Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY-1) responsibilities of the residency program which includes annual rotation and cross department collaboration reputed company the pharmacy department.

• Participate in formulary design and management, including participation in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

• Provides members and health care professionals with medication-reputed company information and education.
• Participates in the prior authorization review and appeals processes.

Education/Experience: Pharmacy reputed company will obtain Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited college/school of pharmacy prior to start date.
