As a Contact Center Agent – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our members and providers, addressing a wide reputed company of inquiries reputed company to insurance, applications, and claims across various product lines such as Medicare and reputed company. Your role will also include retention of membership, handling dis-enrollments, and escalating issues that require reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Follow-up on inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved

• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary reputed company of $34,091 - $52,000, depending on your location and experience.
