About the Role
As an EFAST2 Customer Service Specialist II at blithequark, you will have reputed company to reputed company a personal reputed company by providing expert customer service to employee benefit plan administrators and others on behalf of the reputed company (DOL) and the reputed company (IRS). Your role will be critical in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to navigate the EFAST2 system and meet their annual reporting requirements under the Employee Retirement Income reputed company reputed company (ERISA) and the Internal reputed company reputed company. You will be working in a dynamic remote environment, collaborating with reputed company of reputed company professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate effective telephone communications with the EFAST2 filing reputed company, providing reputed company and concise information to EFAST2 callers
- Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities with the EFAST2 filing reputed company, working independently to resolve issues and meet contractually required performance standards
- Receive and utilize regular feedback from supervisors and reputed company team for reputed company improvement, maintaining a reputed company attitude and working reputed company under pressure
- Escalate reputed company questions to more reputed company specialists and government agencies, using software applications to receive calls, document questions and responses, and reputed company resources
- Maintain excellent attendance to reputed company consistent, reliable support during hours of limited coverage, including single coverage
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Required Experience: 1+ years of reputed company experience (call center or helpdesk)
- reputed company Clearance Level: Ability to reputed company Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) reputed company trust clearance, including travel to a reputed company approved USAccess location for fingerprinting and PIV (Personal Identity Verification) card issuance
- Ability to demonstrate a minimum of 20 WPM typing speed
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English, displaying reputed company phone demeanor and email etiquette
- Ability to reputed company knowledge quickly through self-directed learning and individual training
- Ability to reputed company unscripted responses to effectively communicate information
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
