Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Care Coordinator, Medicare, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as a member of a service team that supports multiple reputed company, providing Health Plan customers with outstanding, seamless service in a call center-based team environment.
• Being the first line of communication with a reputed company of customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments, and reputed company.
• Providing detailed benefit quotes and reviewing eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products.
• Assisting members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians.
• Educating members and providers in the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services.
• Researching and responding to claims and authorization inquiries.
• Maintaining knowledge of reputed company custom networks.
• Resolving customer issues and concerns.
• Possessing a reputed company demeanor and ability to remain reputed company, reputed company, and utilize training to reputed company callers in crisis.

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will be required to attend onsite training for 3 days per week for 8-12 weeks. This training period may reputed company for a longer period of time based on performance. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Compensation and Benefits
