The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to reputed company the best outcome. You will be responsible for:
- Providing tailored solutions to customers experiencing financial difficulty, including reputed company repayment plans
- Making and receiving calls to/from customers, managing a reputed company of customer accounts, such as car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, catalogues, mortgages, and mobile phone

- Commuting to our Manchester office, with a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be office-based for the duration of your induction (circa 8 weeks) and for a period of time after
