About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain approved state licenses
- Conduct reputed company assurance reviews of reputed company bound policies
- Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and invoices
- Address billing questions for new and renewal policies
- Handle non-pay cancellation notices from carriers and follow up on payments due
