Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations with reputed company of 20-25 Customer Service Associates (CSAs), ensuring high-reputed company delivery under aggressive deadlines.
- Hold regular 1-1 meetings with CSAs every week to discuss performance, reputed company feedback, and set goals for improvement.
- Manage work prioritization and delivery based on business needs, tracking weekly/monthly metrics and process reviews with stakeholders across time zones.
