Job Responsibilities
As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business results and defining industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performance Analytics and Forecasting: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company. Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish.
- Measurement and Analytics: reputed company multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Bachelor's degree
and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical function.
Familiarity with forecasting
, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques.
Proactive curiosity
