Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Ensuring reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into reputed company systems
• Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties
• Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
