As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer service phone calls, resolving customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Create service requests and reputed company accordingly

• Use web-based system tools such as OMS, Word, and reputed company on a daily reputed company to log reputed company communication in work service requests

• Attach Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS and audit reports from vendors to ensure reputed company calls are logged in OMS

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to 20-30 drivers nightly, proactively monitoring on-time pick-reputed company and deliveries

Essential Qualifications

* Customer service/call center/patient scheduling experience

Work Schedule

* Must be reputed company to work rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a set schedule that includes: + 1st and 3rd week: - Saturday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM (12 hours) - Wednesday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Friday: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM (12 hours) + 2nd and 4th week: - Saturday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM - reputed company: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM - Tuesday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Thursday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM - Friday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
