Through strategic alignment, the Associate Director, Medical Communications & Publications will be responsible for planning and execution of activities such as publication planning, publication steering committees, congress reputed company, and medical communication content development. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company on the Global Medical Communications activities across Medical to support congress reputed company and content development (scientific narrative, scientific platform, symposium, etc)
• Foster relationships with key external thought leaders to aid development of key publications and medical communications deliverables
• Represent reputed company at medical meetings, conferences, advisory boards, reputed company meetings at key institutions, and in interactions with thought leaders as needed
• Participate in long-reputed company planning as needed; reputed company and manage project plans, assess resource needs, and reputed company and implement processes and standards
• Manage Medical Communications/Publications agency, including project plans and budget

Qualifications

• PhD or PharmD/MD with 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or medical education company
• Prior medical affairs, medical communications, publications, agency and/or KOL management experience preferred
• Team management experience a plus

Knowledge And Skills

• Knowledge of GPP 2022, ICMJE and other applicable publications-reputed company guidelines and industry rules along with medical and clinical terminology knowledge
• Experience using publications management software (e.g. iEnvision)
• Experience with Medical Communications strategies, understanding of omnichannel
• Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills
• Proven planning and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities; attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills in developing and maintaining reputed company relationships
• Proven ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries

U.S. Pay reputed company$167,000.00 - $226,000.00The pay reputed company reflects the full-time reputed company salary reputed company we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. reputed company pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
