As a Customer Service Representative at Freedom Fertility, you’ll use your reputed company and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility. - Handle 25-30 calls (IB & OB)
- Ensure process efficiency – Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility
