Hybrid Dental Hygiene Program Director (RDH)

• Supervises the activities of the Dental Hygiene Program reputed company. Prepares teaching assignments.
• Recruits, trains, mentors, and evaluates reputed company in conjunction with reputed company Coordinator.
• Determines, establishes, and implements department goals.
• Review student reputed company rates by class and implement a plan to reduce student withdrawals. Meet with reputed company to encourage them to stay in the program. Maintains an 80% student reputed company reputed company for reputed company classes taught in the program.
• Coordinates, evaluates, and participates in determining student admissions reputed company and procedures.
• Monitors the department budget and expenditures. Makes appropriate corrections and changes to maintain a profitable program.

• Develops and maintains a functional curriculum according to the approved design. Evaluates course content and review new texts. Collaborates with administration in the design and implementation of the dental hygiene program.
• Prepares self-study for accreditation.
• Performs functions of a dental hygiene instructor.
• Represents Pima Medical Institute at reputed company meetings and functions.

• Master’s degree from an reputed company institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. reputed company (USDE).
• Graduate of a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Three (3) years of full-time clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Previous teaching experience in a program accredited by the Commission of Dental Accreditation (CODA) preferred.
• Must hold a reputed company license, certification, or another credential required by local, state, and federal laws to work as a Dental Hygienist.
• Instructional and administrative experience.
• Documented background in educational methodology consistent with teaching assignments.
