Position reputed company: The Member Advisor plays a crucial role in assisting credit reputed company members by providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service. This position involves cross-selling products, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment and Recommendations:
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand member needs.

• Cross-Selling and Loan Processing:
• Cross-sell credit reputed company products based on needs.
• Accurately process loan applications.
• Member Communication and Query reputed company:
• Address inquiries reputed company face-to-face or telephone.
• Investigate and resolve member queries.
• Compliance and Record Keeping:
• Adhere to policies and complete required paperwork.
• Document member activity in the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in lending or reputed company operations.
• High school diploma.
• Excellent reputed company member/customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math skills and effective communication with members.
• Familiarity with loan documents, lending regulations, and credit reputed company policies.
• Proficiency in Symitar for posting transactions and inquiries.
• Proficiency in L360 for loan application processing.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and function in a financial institution environment
