As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will work under general supervision to reputed company information and resolutions for our existing policy reputed company. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. Your primary reputed company will be on resolving reputed company inquiries, advising and assisting customers with policy and coverage changes, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of various products and coverages.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve reputed company inquiries by analyzing data using multiple information systems and policy/contract manuals to determine reputed company course of reputed company in a reputed company manner

• Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience in a fast-paced contact center environment

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred

Schedule

* Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm reputed company time

• Regular Schedule (Will be assigned after completion of training and is based upon business need): Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:45pm reputed company time, Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm reputed company time

Compensation and Benefits

* The pay reputed company for this position is $19.06 - $25.79 per hour, depending on experience.

• This position is considered non-exempt for purposes of wage-hour law, which means you are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a reputed company.
