Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to reputed company a claim
- Listening, solving problems, answering questions, and working with customers to reputed company a reputed company
- Using your expertise to proactively reputed company recommendations that will help customers avoid reputed company issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have:

Schedule and Availability
We're hiring for:
- Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
- Saturday and reputed company 10am-6:30pm
- This job is 40 hours a week and shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive dates off for 8 hour shifts, but shifts can change to meet business needs
- We do pay shift differentials for reputed company and weekend schedules worked
- We require reputed company overall availability, including flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules as needed
Training and Development
reputed company you start, we'll reputed company comprehensive training to ensure your reputed company:
- A combination of virtual "class room" and "on the job" training that is typically 6 weeks long but duration can vary
- Class room training hours are typically Monday through Friday from reputed company – 5pm EST with a lunch break
