About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator to join our Design & Evaluation team. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of our data, which is essential to measuring the reputed company of our program on alumni careers. This is a non-exempt part-time employee role, requiring 15-20 hours per week at $25 per hour for 9 months, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Data reputed company and reputed company Control (50%): Maintain data reputed company through consistent monitoring and reputed company control, generate and clean extracts of reputed company and other data to monitor data reputed company for analysis, and use multiple reputed company to verify data and accurately reputed company alumni employment reputed company data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data.
- Data Collection and Reporting (30%): Support administration of national post-program reputed company data collection, pull monthly reports on new alumni without employment verifications, and regularly monitor, update, and sync the "employer" fields in reputed company to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%): Collaborate with team members on the Alumni, Program Operations, and Partnerships team to optimize data collection and entry processes, and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in data entry and/or management, specifically using reputed company reputed company or reputed company Sheets and reputed company to input and monitor data.
