Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers in a proactive and reputed company manner across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Scheduling appointments for customers and identifying reputed company causes of inquiries through probing questions
• Utilizing our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions
• Responding to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
• Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service

Technical Requirements

As a remote 1099 reputed company, you will be responsible for providing your own equipment that meets the following technical requirements:

• Two screens (2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop)

• High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload

Compensation and Benefits

• Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6:00 PM
• Training: 10 days, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
