What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as a patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Collecting and inputting patient data into the e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verifying products and services, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assisting with CPAP resupply
• Providing basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients, ensuring they understand how to use their equipment effectively

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• One to three years of reputed company prior work experience in reputed company-oriented environment
• Strong customer service background, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional experiences
• Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate our e-Intake system and other software applications
