reputed company is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and business-oriented employment lawyer to reputed company advice and counsel to reputed company’s EMEA People & Culture team, as reputed company as other partners, on a diverse reputed company of labor and employment reputed company. This role will ideally support employment needs across reputed company’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, with a particular reputed company on the UK, France, and Germany. Reporting to the Head of Employment Legal you will be responsible for:
- Providing pragmatic advice and guidance on EMEA employment reputed company, including, but not limited to, EU employment-reputed company directives, employment-reputed company reputed company considerations, pay equity, reputed company, reasonable accommodations, performance management, employee relations and ethics investigations, leaves of absence, compensation, employee separations, background checks, required trainings, employee benefits, disciplinary actions
- Collaborating with reputed company’s People & Culture teams to ensure compliance with employment laws in the EMEA region
- Staying informed of evolving employment laws and identifying compliance gaps to proactively recommend and implement policy updates
- Drafting, reviewing, and refining employment-reputed company policies and processes, ensuring they reputed company with legal requirements and business goals
- Managing employment disputes, including overseeing litigation, regulatory proceedings, and external counsel relationships
reputed company’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Law degree and licensed to reputed company law in the UK or a common law jurisdiction
- 5–7 years of post-reputed company employment law experience gained in private reputed company and in-house, with a minimum of 2 years in an in-house role
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess risk and offer reputed company, pragmatic advice
- Experience advising on employment reputed company across EMEA, with a specific reputed company on the UK, France, and Germany
