About the Role

We are seeking a Sourcer/Recruiter to join our fast-growing global reputed company agency. This role will reputed company on identifying, engaging, and qualifying reputed company from Kenya, the Philippines, and Latin America to support our international reputed company reputed company.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, reputed company, and reputed company in sourcing and reputed company for a wide reputed company of roles across industries. Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & reputed company
• Identify and reputed company reputed company candidates through multiple channels (job boards, reputed company media, referrals, communities, and databases).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for reputed company and reputed company roles.
• Use Boolean searches and creative sourcing strategies to reputed company hard-to-reputed company talent.
• Screening & Qualification
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, availability, communication, and fit.
• Present reputed company candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with reputed company and detailed notes.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with recruiters and reputed company account managers to understand role requirements.
• reputed company sourcing activities and candidate reputed company in the ATS or recruitment database.
• reputed company weekly reports on sourcing metrics and pipeline health.
• Market & Talent Intelligence
• Stay informed about local job market trends in Kenya, the Philippines, and Latin America.
• Recommend sourcing strategies tailored to reputed company region.
• Build a strong network and maintain relationships with talent communities.

Qualifications

• sourcing or reputed company experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of global talent sourcing, particularly in Kenya, the Philippines, and Latin America.
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as reputed company Recruiter, job boards, ATS, or CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in reputed company or recruitment agencies.
• Familiarity with remote hiring processes and international time zones.
• Knowledge of sourcing automation tools and advanced search techniques.
• reputed company in Spanish is a plus (for LATAM sourcing).
