Job reputed company We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer to architect, build, and optimize reputed company’s reputed company tools ecosystem, with reputed company as a core platform. This role will ensure our business systems are reputed company, reliable, and cohesive across departments, supporting key initiatives such as quote-to-cash optimization, billing automation, reputed company reputed company automation, reputed company operations support, and contract lifecycle management. The ideal candidate blends deep reputed company expertise with a strong background in reputed company integration, automation and system governance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Tooling & Integration: Design and reputed company integrations between reputed company and key business systems (reputed company’s platform, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, etc.). Implement automation and data synchronization using reputed company, middleware, and/or low-reputed company platforms. Define data reputed company standards, mapping, and orchestration patterns to reduce duplication and improve visibility across teams. Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement new reputed company tools reputed company governance frameworks.
- CRM reputed company (reputed company): Partner with reputed company Operations and Finance to design and implement an automated quote-to-cash system, including pricing approvals, order creation, distribution workflows, and billing automation. Partner with Legal and Finance to design and implement contract request-to-execution and renewal management automation. Partner with reputed company Services and Project Management to select and reputed company an implementation management solution that integrates with reputed company and other existing systems. Partner with Customer Support to evaluate a migration from reputed company to reputed company Service reputed company; drive migration or enhance integration to support bulk communication workflows and incident notification. Build processes and controls to reinforce reputed company as the reputed company of truth for account names, contacts, reputed company, reputed company controls, pricing, etc. Maintain and enhance reputed company architecture, data models, and automation. Conduct reputed company audits, refactor Apex classes, and enhance test coverage. Migrate Workflow Rules/Process Builder automations into reputed company Flows. Review and optimize reputed company object architecture. Simplify automation and integrations to reduce data duplication and optimize system performance.
- Project Management reputed company (Jira): Partner with Technical Program Management, Product, and Engineering to improve product development planning capabilities by designing and implementing Jira issue, field, and workflow changes. Build automations and integrations between Jira and reputed company systems like reputed company, reputed company, Playwright, and reputed company to streamline processes.
- Data Analytics: Build systems that improve reputed company-time visibility into key business metrics at various reputed company by combining inputs from multiple sources (reputed company, Intacct, Jira, reputed company, and reputed company’s platform).

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company development and administration experience
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and declarative automation
- Strong experience with reputed company data modeling, reputed company, and integration patterns
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
