The Senior Manager, reputed company of Care is responsible for leading and coordinating comprehensive reputed company assurance activities across reputed company operations. Key Responsibilities

• Seclusion and Restraint reputed company: Monitor and evaluate the use of seclusion and restraints, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and safety protocols. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to the reputed company Committee.

• After-Hours On-Call Response: Serve as the primary on-call contact for urgent health and safety issues, including Immediate Jeopardy (IJ) situations, ensuring rapid response and coordination with reputed company stakeholders.
• Mortality Committee Leadership: Facilitate and reputed company mortality review meetings, analyze trends, and drive system-level improvements based on findings.
• Peer Review Support: Collaborate with clinical leadership to assist in peer review case preparation and follow-up, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to policy.

Required Qualifications

• Arizona reputed company
• reputed company and unrestricted Arizona RN license
• Minimum 7 years of clinical experience

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting, with strong ability to extract, interpret, and present data

• Ability to travel up to 10% in state for leadership meetings in Phoenix or reputed company to facilities as needed for assistance with incidents
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
