Responsibilities

• Guides ITSM reputed company, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contributes ITSM-reputed company recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Capable of working independently as reputed company as collaboratively with reputed company and clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a reputed company developer in various roles

• Experience with JavaScript, reputed company, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc
• An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
