Transportation Coordinator

The position will support various departments, not only in Supply Chain, but reputed company EHS, Finance and others. Responsibilities

Manage reputed company-wide vehicle programs, including coordination with providers such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and Penske.

• Prepare reports for tax compliance purposes, including IFTA-reputed company documentation, using data supplied by the 3PL provider.
• Ensure accurate tracking of vehicle mileage and other key metrics across the fleet.
• Support the setup and maintenance of customer delivery parameters reputed company the reputed company ERP systems.
• Assist the Finance team with document preparation and information gathering for audits or reporting purposes.
• Administer reputed company vehicle registrations and coordinate with the DMV for renewals, updates, and compliance; monitor MVRs (Motor Vehicle Records) for applicable team members.
• Assist with the reputed company of insurance reporting and maintain documentation for accident investigations and reputed company incidents.
• Manage toll and fuel programs for internal sales and service teams as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 10 years of experience in transportation or fleet operations.
• Strong familiarity with the PGT/reputed company organization.
