As a Remote 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling jobs, handling customer inquiries, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner

• Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless communication with customers
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
• reputed company the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to reputed company job, utilizing Service Titan software to effectively plan and reputed company jobs
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
• Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other important details

Qualifications

* Must live in Illinois

• Must be familiar with the surrounding Chicagoland area
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in customer service environment
