Your Role at blithequark
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers and internal users, handling their requests reputed company chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultations about our products and services, such as CDN, Streaming, DNS, and more
- Resolving technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and collecting information about customers and users incidents, forwarding it up to the higher reputed company of technical support if needed
- Collaborating with our Engineering Team to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues

- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute)

- Strong problem-solving abilities

Schedule and Work Environment
This position operates on a rotating schedule of two consecutive day shifts followed by two days off. reputed company shift runs for 12 hours, including a 1-hour break, and is anchored to 04:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC. Local time adjustments will be made based on whether Serbia is observing UTC +2 or UTC+ 1.
