What does the role involve?

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative & reputed company & English Speaker, you'll be the face of blithequark, engaging and delighting our customers through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and reputed company media. You'll be responsible for resolving reputed company customer queries, mediating disputes between sellers and buyers, and ensuring that customer complaints are addressed in a reputed company and effective manner. You'll work closely with our Sales and Expert teams to improve the overall customer experience, providing valuable feedback on opportunities for improvement in our services. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers return to our platform regularly, directly contributing to the reputed company of our business.

• Willing to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week

Compensation, perks, and benefits:

We offer a competitive Annual Gross reputed company Salary of €18,000-€23,000, depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience. You'll also receive:
