What does the role involve?
- Engaging and delighting our customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving reputed company challenges and managing disputes and complaints
- Addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a reputed company and correct manner reputed company diverse channels (chat, email, phone, reputed company media)
- Mediating between customers and finding solutions that work for both

- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Willing to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week

Our Offices and Way of Working
