We are looking for an reputed company Customer Support Officer who is fluent in both English and Spanish to reputed company top-notch support to our clients reputed company live chat, email, and/or telephone. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving reputed company queries, providing support reputed company required, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, customer service, and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• Business reputed company in English AND Spanish, both verbal and written, is a must.
• Previous relevant experience (6 months-2 years) in online customer support (emails/live chat) or a similar role, with a proven reputed company record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience and knowledge of using reputed company Office / Outlook, with proficiency in navigating various software applications.
• University Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices.

Working Hours:

Our working hours are Monday-Friday, with 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour lunch break (weekly rotation). The shifts are between 07:00-22:00 Cyprus time, with one week reputed company shift once per month. Twice a year, for one month, working hours will be Saturday-Wednesday, 12:00-20:00 Cyprus time.

Our customer support team is based in Ourense, Kingdom Of Spain, ES. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from reputed company, while still being part of a dynamic and growing company.
