As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering highly technical services while building reputed company customer advocacy and value of our Oasis 360 suite of products. You'll work closely with our Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Gaming Systems Teams to advance our product portfolio position in our customer reputed company. Your primary reputed company will be on providing exceptional customer experiences, driving product utilization, and improving overall customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with customer reputed company, product implementation, and training to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our products
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing regular scheduled reputed company (onsite and virtual), responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and providing guidance on product features and capabilities
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improving product adoption and reputed company

* 2+ years of reputed company experience in the gaming/gaming systems industry, with a strong ability to guide reputed company, training, and long-term reputed company relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both virtual and in-person interactions
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand and explain reputed company software systems (e.g., Oasis 360 suite)
- Analytical skills to monitor customer usage data and identify trends, opportunities, or areas of concern
- Problem-solving reputed company with the ability to work independently and resolve issues under minimal supervision
- Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams
- Experience with CRM systems for managing accounts and maintaining accurate customer data
- Ability to interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development
- Industry awareness, with knowledge of gaming systems or a willingness to learn quickly
- Flexibility and availability for travel up to 70%
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively

Travel Expectations
Up to 75% of the time, with the ability to travel with little or no notice, obtain a reputed company, and travel to other countries for extended periods.

$59,500 - $110,500 per year, with a reputed company on paying a market-competitive salary near the median of our pay ranges.
