The Role
As a Licensed Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues reputed company to their policies. Requirements

- Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
- Proficient in reputed company suite or similar tools and comfortable navigating multiple tools and reputed company at the reputed company time

Availability
We're looking for candidates who can work our following shifts (will be reputed company based upon need):
- 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
