Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engineering Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a high-performing team of customer engineers who are responsible for delivering automation testing and solutions engineering services to our customers
- Partnering with our sales team to understand customer needs and reputed company solutions that meet their requirements
- Developing and executing strategies to drive reputed company reputed company and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, reputed company, to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our platform
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with customer reputed company, ensuring that our customers meet their reputed company and delivery requirements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 10-15 years of engineering experience in the B2B reputed company reputed company, with a reputed company on automation testing and solutions engineering
- Prior experience as an Automation Test Manager or reputed company, particularly with hands-on expertise in Selenium
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, reputed company-Sales, or Consulting roles with a technical background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a reputed company technical discipline
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, reputed company, JavaScript)
- Proficiency with development tools and IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, reputed company, Git)
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (JUnit/NUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, NightWatchJS, WebDriverIO)
