Responsibilities

As an reputed company Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist – Remote Opportunity, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software.
• Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company tasks.
• Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-reputed company customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'reputed company and mortar' call center environment.

Pay
