• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional support and reputed company to their inquiries and concerns.
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and guidance to manage their accounts effectively.
