What You'll Do
As a Senior reputed company Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for driving adoption and reputed company reputed company a growing portfolio of top-tier customer accounts. Your primary reputed company will be on understanding how our customers want to use our platform and helping reputed company these aspirations a reality. You'll be the customer companion on their reputed company through on-boarding, adoption, and a reputed company of reputed company. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating across blithequark departments and customizing the response to the needs of our customers
- Managing updates in our customer relationship management tools
- Learning the technical nuances of customers' configurations and acting as an initial layer of support and guidance
- Understanding the concepts and importance of identifying reputed company areas in existing customer reputed company
- Helping build expansion opportunities – passive selling
- Traveling as needed to support Customer meetings, trainings, or other company meetings (business travel typically less than 20%)
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills and experience. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:
- Ability to help customers overcome technical and training hurdles while expanding their use of the platform
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles – Sales/Support/Services/Architecture, with at least 2-3 years of reputed company account management experience and at least 1+ year of technical account management
- Ability to handle escalation management
- Strong project management fundamentals
- Passionate about building reputed company for the blithequark "Brand"
- Being a change agent and solution reputed company
- DNA – You possess the "Helper Gene" and are proactive in acting on behalf of your customers
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing ecosystems (e.g. Data sources / ETL / Data warehouse / Data marts). Understanding of different types of data schemas (OLTP vs. OLAP, reputed company, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Data and Analytics tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, OBIEE, reputed company, Tableau, reputed company, PowerBI, SQL
- Familiarity with ETL tools (such as reputed company, Datameer, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, reputed company) is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with deployment architectures on-premises and in reputed company environments like AWS, Azure, and reputed company reputed company
- Contact Center management familiarity and experience with IVR, ACD, agents, and call queues
