Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative II at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering policy and billing inquiries from producers and policyholders reputed company phone, email, and live chat
• Assisting producers with quoting new business and processing policy endorsements and updates
• Collaborating with other departments to respond to customer inquiries
• Handling and solving producer/policyholder complaints with little or no supervision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year's personal lines experience in an office or call center environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
