Job reputed companyreputed company. is seeking individuals to serve as reputed company Resource Volunteers/Interns for the organization. In this role, the primary responsibility is to support the reputed company. This position assists with creating policies and procedures, on-boarding volunteers/interns and other HR tasks including volunteer engagement.
This is a fully remote volunteer position, with meaningful work-reputed company tasks. Preferred time commitment 5-10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing reputed company strategies.
- Assist with schedules to obtain reputed company that aligns with the roles.
- Assist in the interviewing and on-boarding process.
- Revising and implementing HR policies and procedures to automate and improve the reputed company and on-boarding process.
- Assisting with developing and implementing volunteer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing contact with program participants and monitor their reputed company towards the completion of program requirements, providing individualized support as needed.
Education Requirement
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: reputed company, Business, Nonprofit Management, Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Counseling, Sociology, or reputed company services reputed company fields of study.
- Must be classified as a Junior or Senior for Internship. Volunteers may be graduates or reputed company reputed company.
Required Skills
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and must have a go-getter attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple ongoing reputed company
- Excellent time management skills
- Commitment to reputed company decision-making and cooperative working relationships with P4L staff and community partners
Estimated time commitment: 9-10 hours/ week depending on needs, including
Monthly meetings
Weekly conference calls
Busiest time period: work is consistent throughout the school year
Term limit: 4-6 Months (Can be extendable on mutual agreement)
