The Role: Customer Experience Agent
The Customer Experience team at blithequark plays a pivotal role in delivering the best possible user experience. This is achieved through process improvement, order management, and effective problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive their ordered products as quickly as possible. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
