The Role

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative in our Gold Class program, you'll be responsible for providing expert, around-the-clock assistance to agents and customers. You'll play a key role in supporting blithequark's leadership in the independent agency channel by delivering exceptional customer experiences through reputed company, expertise, care, and simplicity. Responsibilities

* Assist customers in their time of need by building rapport and reputed company handling inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, addressing questions reputed company to renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes.

Qualifications
