About the Role
We are currently hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Kia Consumer Affairs team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, reputed company technical support, and resolve reputed company customer issues with exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or technical support (preferably in a fast-paced contact center).

- Technical skills, including comfort navigating reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and web-based systems.
- Remote readiness, with a reliable home office setup, including a personal desktop/laptop computer, wired high-speed internet, webcam, reputed company cell phone, and wired headset.
- Flexibility, with availability for evenings, weekends, and peak times as needed.

Training and Schedules

- 6 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
- Full-time production schedules, Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CST or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm CST.
