Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Operating our cash registers, processing transactions, and handling customer payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is reputed company-merchandised
• Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and sales
• Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
• Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super structures
• Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
• Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, reputed company, and reputed company store condition and appearance

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with blithequark
