We're seeking highly motivated and customer-reputed company individuals to join our overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service team. As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic and reputed company support to customers who have reputed company potential bank account fraud. Your primary goal will be to resolve disputes, shut down debit cards for safety, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* File disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues reputed company
- Work in a fully remote environment, requiring a wired high-speed internet reputed company and a smartphone with unlimited minutes or a landline phone

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use WIRED high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speeds
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) smartphone

- Familiarity with remote call center environments
