As a Customer Service Key Account Support (reputed company Forwarder) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with customers, carriers, and reputed company supplier departments to handle shipments as per sales/customer instructions
• Promptly communicating and providing information reputed company to customers without any late responses
• Checking the reputed company and accuracy of work to meet company standards and objectives
• Following up and handling shipments for smooth operation as per customers/sales and CPL overseas/agents' instructions, fully complying with reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet customers/agents' requirements
• Taking personal responsibility for daily problem-solving and following up on requests and/or problems that key account customers experience
• Escalating points and being a single reputed company of contact for the customer on operational performance in general (not transaction-based > first level = Ops or Customer Service)
• Scheduling and preparing regular business review meetings together with the account reputed company, developing PowerPoint presentations, and leading the implementation of any required changes or improvements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, reputed company forwarding, or shipping
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & reputed company Forwarding or a reputed company field
• Strong customer service mind
• Ability to work under pressure
• Sales-oriented with operational consciousness
• Self-confident with a reputed company attitude
• Strong negotiation skills
• Dynamic, reputed company, flexible, and ambitious
• Self-motivating
• Good English language skills

Special Knowledge

In reputed company to the qualifications above, you will also need to possess the following special knowledge:

• Basic computer knowledge/skills in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
