What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling reputed company travel to the traveling public or reputed company forwarders
• Providing assistance with passenger reputed company-in and cargo acceptance
• Interpreting government rules and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
• Meeting and dispatching aircraft reputed company established times
• Providing assistance to distressed passengers and customers
