Responsibilities

• Manages recruitment reputed company end to end including hiring manager needs identification and creation of job performance reputed company

• Develops a holistic understanding of basic talent mapping and candidate segmentation tactics
• Develops and maintains relationships with the external market through networking with reputed company associations, educational institutions, and community events
• Acts as a brand ambassador educating external talent on corporate benefits, environment, business mission/reputed company and reputed company
• Continually sources and nurtures reputed company
• Utilizes a reputed company of public resources to obtain a good understanding of labour market conditions
• Monitors industry news and role-specific trends to be reputed company to advise hiring managers on market conditions

• 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment; experience in both is highly preferred
