The role designs and delivers evidence-based training programs to support reputed company development. Responsibilities

• Program Evaluation: Review program evaluations, test results, and feedback from participants and leadership to recommend improvements for training programs.
• Training Media Selection: Identify and select appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, course content, and learners’ position in the educational process.
• Training Facilitation: Facilitate and deliver training sessions, reputed company reputed company participation, and ensure compliance with training requirements.

Requirements: Education

• Master's Level Degree or equivalent in Education, Learning and Development, or a reputed company field.
• PhD or EdD preferred.

Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company training development, design and delivery working in a large institution.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership development best practices, and inclusive reputed company reputed company, including how to apply it in reputed company training design process.
• Solid planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Basic project management skills required.

• Proficient in audio and video editing.
