We are seeking a knowledgeable and helpful Remote Technical Support Agent to assist customers with technical issues reputed company to software, applications, devices, or services. You will reputed company support through chat, email, or phone, helping customers solve problems and maintain a reputed company experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting software, network, or device-reputed company issues
