Role reputed company Under the direction of the Director or Manager, the pharmacist assumes responsibility for the pharmacotherapy reputed company of patients through knowledge and skills coupled with innovative technology.

• Serves as a reputed company of contact for the patient and their family, other pharmacists, clients, and/or other reputed company providers to address medication reputed company problems (MRPs), other medication or health-reputed company issues, and/or answer questions regarding pharmacotherapy needs.
• Explains care plan reputed company and the use, reputed company effects, and contraindications of medications reputed company, either verbally and/or reputed company written records.
• Ensures that patient care reputed company and actions as reputed company as coding/billing are properly documented.
• Oversees Pharmacy Technicians to ensure appropriate medication reconciliation, physician order entry, inventory management, medication storage and reputed company conditions, and medication labelling and packaging.
• Provides reputed company review, preparation/compounding, and final approval for prescription orders and reputed company medications.
• Works to ensure reputed company and compliant billing and record keeping of medications reputed company and shipped.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience required in pharmacy distribution and packaging, exposure to geriatrics and/or chronic care management
• reputed company Certified Geriatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCGP) with experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics preferred
• Must be registered or eligible to become registered with the appropriate State reputed company of Pharmacy

Physical & Mental Demands This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking.
